2. Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions apply:
- Refund request must be submitted within 60 days of the original delivery date
- You must contact our support team via email at support@protoflow.net to initiate the refund process
- You will be asked to return the bottles (used, partially used, or empty) to the address provided by our support team
- The original order receipt or order number must be referenced
3. How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is straightforward:
- Email our support team at support@protoflow.net within 60 days of receiving your ProtoFlow order.
- Include the following information:
- Your full name (as on the order)
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request (optional but helpful for product improvement)
- Receive return instructions from our support team, including the return shipping address and any required reference codes.
- Ship the bottles back (used, unused, or empty) to the provided address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refund processed within 5-10 business days of receipt of returned product.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once your returned ProtoFlow bottles are received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
5. What's Refunded
- Full product cost is refunded for qualifying returns within the 60-day window.
- Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Digital bonuses (free eBooks) included with multi-bottle orders — these are gifts and have no cash value
- Orders placed more than 60 days prior to the refund request
- Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers (not from our official Site)
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If your ProtoFlow order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery at support@protoflow.net. Include photos of the damaged product and packaging, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
8. Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors and your local delivery office
- Contact the shipping carrier with the tracking number
- Email support@protoflow.net if you cannot locate the package — we will investigate and assist further
9. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped, please contact our support team immediately. We process orders quickly, so cancellation may not always be possible once the order has been dispatched. In that case, you can return the order under our standard 60-day refund policy.
