At ProtoFlow, we work to deliver your order quickly and safely. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we ship your ProtoFlow supplement.
All ProtoFlow orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Note: International customers may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their country. These are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
Your privacy matters. All ProtoFlow shipments are sent in plain, unmarked packaging with no visible references to the product, supplement category, or ingredients. The return address shows only the fulfillment center name, not ProtoFlow or PhytoThrive Labs.

If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact support@protoflow.net.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact our support team immediately — we can update it only if your order has not yet shipped.
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window or appears lost:
If your ProtoFlow order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@protoflow.net with photos of the damaged packaging and contents. We will arrange a free replacement or refund at no extra cost.
If a package is refused at delivery, undeliverable, or returned to sender due to an incorrect address, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. The product cost may still be refunded under our 60-day money-back promise.
